  1. A point of view requires stasis, and that‚Äôs not 
  2. involvement. These new media demand that you get 
  3. involved and become part of the action. The TV 
  4. image is not like the film image, it‚Äôs not a snapshot, 
  5. it is an actual live vortex in action, and it is, I think, 
  6. behind what we call the happening. The TV itself is a 
  7. kind of happening, technically, and it tends to 
  8. involve people in its own vortex.
